GTA Officer is a Joke

GTA Officer is thought to be a joke character. He has the lowest jump in the game, as well as the slowest dashing speed, the slowest air speed and, by far, the fastest falling speed.
All of the GTA Officer's special moves leave him helpless if he uses them in the air.

| Baseball Bat - GTA Officer swings a baseball bat that can trip opponents up. Can't KO, even at 999%. It also has a very short range. | |
| Stomping Boots - GTA Officer stomps forward, trapping any opponents he touches into the ground. This move can strangely be reflected, and if it is, GTA Officer will start running the opposite way. Can't KO, even at 999%. | |
| Helicopter - GTA Officer tethers onto a helicopter, which starts traveling upwards for a short distance. GTA Officer will drop helplessly after a few seconds or he is attacked. Characters who touch the blade will be damaged and sent flying. This is GTA Officer's only special move that can KO. Has severe startup lag. | |
| Sniper - GTA Officer crouches and shoots a bullet out of a gun. Has large cooldown, cannot KO and has a very small hitbox, though it does a moderate amount of damage and has a large range. | |
